Energy Systems Innovation

Applied research in AI and control systems, backed by Julio's 30+ patent filings in control and sensor technology.

Track Record

Built on 15+ years in the field

This expertise was built over 15+ years in wind turbine technology at Vestas Wind Systems, WEG Energy, and Siemens — designing turbine and power plant controllers, developing loads and power control software, and leading the cross-functional teams that standardized control software across entire wind fleets. Julio is a named inventor on 30+ patent filings in control and sensor technology since 2016, and served on Vestas' patent committee for that field.

In 2024 he began advising private investors on battery storage independently, including an ongoing 140 MW BESS project in Germany. Arevix Energy was founded in 2026 to carry that practice forward as a firm, and works with clients such as RTDT on energy technology matters.
